With some extra effort we could adjust this unit to lower power classes in 150 A / 50 kW steps. This would reduce the unit price and size. For test cases this configuration could be realized by software.
The powerful inverter DMC544 can be used to control different motor types. The power output stage is based on the highly efficient, resonant SoftSwing® topology, which was developed and patented by BRUSA. The SoftSwing® topology achieves minimal switching losses. This allows applications with motor frequencies of up to 2 kHz. Due to its compact and lightweight design, the DMC544 is suitable for almost all applications and predestined for use in high performance drives.
